Michigan State basketball is in the meat of the college basketball season, like the rest of the country, and things are starting to really ramp up as February moves along.
Being this deep in the season, a lot of unknowns have been uncovered, and analytics can be trusted heavily, with a large portion of numbers being available and able to make up the data.
Obviously, the most popular advanced analytic brand is KenPom, who many in the college basketball community rely upon. But sitting closely behind the KenPom is Evan Miya, who's advanced analytics go deeper into individual players and lineups. His full analytic data can be found on EvanMiya.com.
In a recent post from the creator of the analytic, Evan Miyakawa, he released the best lineups in the sport. These lineups that made the cut are the top performing lineups in offensive, defensive, overall and predictive efficiency metrics. MSU had a lineup come in at No. 4 on the list.
Jeremy Fears Jr., Kur Teng, Coen Carr, Jaxon Kohler and Carson Cooper was the lineup that is currently ranked as the No. 4 lineup in America, per those efficiency metrics.

While a tournament push becomes closer and closer, finding the lineups Tom Izzo can completely rely upon only becomes more integral.
