AuburnWR Horatio Fields will be entering his name into the NCAA Transfer Portal. That comes per reporting by On3’s Pete Nakos on Monday evening.
Fields will end up spending just one season down at Auburn. That’s after he transferred in last offseason following four years spent at Wake Forest.
In what’ll now be his lone year on The Plains, Fields appeared in only four games, due to a broken foot in practice that led to a season-ending surgery for him by the end of September, for the Tigers. He still finished as one of their leading receivers on the season, though, as he had 12 receptions for 106 yards, averaging 26.5 yards per game and 8.8 per catch, over the first four outings of the year for Auburn.
